About Spring
I build AI tools to solve my own problems.
I build AI systems that hold up in production, not demos that look good for five minutes. This site and my AI travel planner are both live and public. Behind the scenes I run a personal dashboard and an AI assistant that handles my email, calendar, and follow-ups. I design the logic, Claude writes the code, and I understand the infrastructure well enough to make real decisions.
My day job is Customer Success. 12+ years in customer-facing roles, most of them managing enterprise SaaS accounts. That's where the building started: I kept automating the parts of my own work that ate the most time.
I'm based in Austin, TX. I share what I build on the blog.
